Our Non-Negotiable Requirements:
A. Professional Visuals
Main Images: Must be on a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255). No text, watermarks, or borders allowed.
Resolution: Minimum 1000px on the shortest side to allow for zoom.
Lifestyle Shots: Secondary images can be styled, but must be high-definition and professionally lit.
B. Operational Excellence
Speed: You must ship orders within 2 business days of receiving the notification.
Tracking: Valid tracking numbers must be uploaded immediately upon dispatch. "Label created" is not enough; the item must move.
Cancellations: You must maintain a cancellation rate of less than 1%. Do not list items you do not have in stock.
C. Product Integrity
Authenticity: We have zero tolerance for counterfeits. You must be the brand owner or an authorized distributor.
Condition: All items must be Brand New (unless applied for the specific 'Refurbished' program).
