1. THE “BUYLNK GUARANTEE” (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

We stand behind every product sold on this site, whether it is sold by BuyLnk directly or by one of our carefully selected Third-Party Vendors.

  • Strict Quality Control: All Vendors on BuyLnk are subject to strict quality audits. We require all items to match their description and arrive in perfect condition.
  • The “Safe-Buy” Promise: If a Vendor fails to deliver the correct item or if the quality is poor, BuyLnk takes full responsibility to resolve the issue or refund you.

2. VENDOR COMMUNICATION POLICY (STRICT)

To protect your privacy and safety, BuyLnk strictly prohibits direct communication between Buyers and Vendors.

  • No Direct Contact: You agree not to exchange personal contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses) with any Vendor.
  • Centralized Support: All questions, complaints, or return requests must be handled through BuyLnk Customer Support. We manage the Vendors so you don’t have to.

3. PAYMENT PROTECTION (ESCROW)

When you pay for an item, your money is held securely by BuyLnk.

  • Funds Held: We do not release payment to the Vendor until we have confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped correctly.
  • Security: Your financial information is never shared with the Vendor.

4. SHIPPING AND DELAYS

We work with major international carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, once a package leaves our warehouse (or a Vendor’s warehouse), it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • Delays Beyond Our Control: BuyLnk is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, customs clearance delays, or carrier strikes (“Force Majeure”).
  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed “Lost in Transit” by the carrier, we will issue a Full Refund immediately.
  • Late Delivery: Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We do not refund shipping costs for minor delays caused by the carrier.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return most new, unopened items within [Insert Days, e.g., 30] days of delivery for a full refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • Full Refund: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    • Opened personal care items (cosmetics, skincare).
    • Undergarments or swimwear.
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
    • Digital downloads.

6. RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from BuyLnk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE BUYLNK SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BUYLNK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BUYLNK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY BUYLNK SERVICE.

8. DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any BuyLnk Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

By using any BuyLnk Service, you agree that the laws of United States Of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and BuyLnk.
