1. Our 10-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth process, all returns must be sent directly to our Central Processing Warehouse.
- Request a Return: Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select “Request Refund,” or contact our Support Team directly.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the correct Warehouse Address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection: Once received, our Quality Control Team will inspect the item to verify its condition.
- Refund Processing: After the item passes inspection, we will process your refund immediately.
3. Shipping Costs
- Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because of a size issue, color preference, or change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Personal Care: Opened cosmetics, skincare, or hair products.
- Intimate Apparel: Underwear, swimwear, and earrings.
- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or magazines.
- Digital Goods: Downloadable software or Gift Cards.
- Customized Items: Products that were personalized specifically for you.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive BuyLnk Store Credit which is available for immediate use.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the condition. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a Full Refund. We take full responsibility for the shipment until it reaches your door.
